The process starts with your needs — The planning phase begins with choosing your site location, assessing zoning feasibility and surveying. You will also establish your project budget at this time and and we will begin putting together a contract.

Our team will begin bringing all of your ideas together – Through the design phase, we will meet with prospective architects together. You will also begin making material selections at this time and we will put together a list of specs for your project.

Once the selections are complete, we will submit the design and specs to the subcontractors for bidding.

Our detailed specs ensure that we are as transparent as possible with the cost of your project. We will compile a detailed list of pricing from the subcontractors so that we have an accurate cost of the project available for you. 

We will begin placing material orders, coordinating subcontractors and suppliers as the construction on your project begins.

As we wrap up the construction phase, you will have a final walkthrough, go over any remaining details and complete the closing.
